- We offer UPS ground or USPS shipping services and only ship within the United States of America.
- Please allow 5-7 business days in transit from our door to yours.
- We are unable to ship to outside of the US as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or any APO and FPO addresses.
Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges for any Jocott Brands product when purchased from jocottbrands.com or on Amazon.com only. If the purchase was made from a different website or retail store, please return items back to the original location.
Before please find the return requirements:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase delivery date.
- Please include a copy of your invoice or sales order. We cannot accept returns on over half used or empty products. Exchanges will be only accepted on unused products.
- Provide contact information including phone number and email address.
- In the event that the order qualified for a gift with purchase, please include the ENTIRE gift with purchase along with the returned item(s).
- Products specified on the website as non-refundable cannot be returned.
- If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible for assistance. A replacement will not be allowed on damage to outer cartons/packaging only unless damaged is made to item self.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. We are a U.S. based company and accommodate website orders that ship to U.S. addresses only. If you purchase from our website while visiting the U.S, but reside outside the U.S., sales are final and are not returnable or refundable outside of the U.S.
